ALUMINUM REPLACEMENT STEP FOR PETERBILT BATTERY BOX - 30.5"
**Bottom step is a bolt-on direct replacement, which uses existing brackets. No cutting or drilling required. -- Top step requires drilling through sides of existing brackets**
- Price is for one (1) step, including stainless hardware. Choose top or bottom.
- L 30-1/2" x W 7" x H 2" - Fits all 579 style battery boxes, including 567, 384*, 386*, 387*. DOES NOT FIT 379, 388, 389
- *Top step WILL NOT replace certain 384/386/387 models with a 33-3/8" long stop step. This step is 30-1/2" long
- Heavy Duty End Plates - 3/16" 'U' bracket is inserted in each end, then secured with 4 HD rivets. This makes the steps much stronger than the factory steps and other aftermarket-brand steps with thin end plates.
- Because our steps are bolt-on, they can easily be replaced if damaged again.
- MADE IN USA w/ AMERICAN-MADE METAL
- HEAVY-DUTY VERSION --- Includes 3/16" aluminum plate riveted to front edge of step for greater strength. This option (which is also available from the factory) eliminates the steps from cracking and bending in the middle.
