ALUMINUM REPLACEMENT UPPER STEP FOR PETERBILT BATTERY BOX - 33.4" (850mm)
**Requires drilling through sides of existing brackets. It bolts on through end plates, not through the top**
- Price is for one (1) top step, including stainless hardware.
- L 33-7/16" x W 7" x H 2" - Fits all 387 and 587 models, and 384 or 386 models with side fairing. DOES NOT FIT 379, 388, 389, or 579
- Bottom step for models 387 and 587 is the same as the 579, and is available here.
- Heavy Duty End Plates - 3/16" 'U' bracket is inserted in each end, then secured with 4 HD rivets. This makes the steps much stronger than the factory steps and other aftermarket-brand steps with thin end plates.
- Because our steps are bolt-on, they can easily be replaced if damaged again.
- Made in USA
- HEAVY-DUTY VERSION --- Includes 3/16" aluminum plate riveted to front edge of step for greater strength. This option (which is also available from the factory) eliminates the steps from cracking and bending in the middle.
